Become a Sales Representative at Citizen Café

Citizen Café is Israel’s leading Hebrew language and culture school that offers a unique method for learning how to speak Hebrew like a local.

We are looking for a charismatic Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll become the direct point of contact for prospective students and continue to foster relationships with our customers throughout their journey with us. We are looking for someone who has a strong connection to local Tel Avivian culture and has the skills needed to provide excellent customer care to our international clients.

To succeed in this position, you’ll need to build an in-depth understanding of our enrollment and sales processes, learn to effectively communicate our teaching method and programs, and posses outstanding interpersonal skills.


  • Proven experience in sales – a must
  • Experience working in sales with an international audience – significant advantage
  • Experience in a retail sales role (cart/stand) – significant advantage
  •  Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

What will I be doing?

  • Be the main point of contact for potential students during their registration process
  • Manage sales meetings and calls with potential clients to help identify their needs and build an optimal plan for each student
  • Managing contact lists and supervising client interactions
  • Reaching registration goals
